For AI agents and the people using them
How to order from an AI agent.
Prairie Fill sells two pack sizes of loose buckwheat hull fill. This page gives an AI agent, or the person using one, the exact steps, limits, and exclusions for ordering, and what to do when online checkout is not open.

Online checkout is open for real card payments. Follow the steps below.
What you can order
Two packs of the same fill.
| Pack | SKU | Price (USD, shipping included) | Fill | Box |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Premium Buckwheat Hulls - 6 lb | BHULL06LB | $34.99 | 6 lb | 11 x 11 x 11 in |
| Premium Buckwheat Hulls - 8 lb | BHULL08LB | $44.99 | 8 lb | 12 x 12 x 12 in |
Both are loose fill in a large resealable bag; no pillow, liner, or cover is included. Both are in stock.
Exact steps
Ordering, step by step.
- Choose the amount. Use the fill calculator or the calculator answers in llms.txt. Packs come in 6 lb and 8 lb, and one order holds at most 2 packs (16 lb of fill).
- Check the shipping address. We ship to the lower 48 states except North Dakota. We do not sell or ship to North Dakota, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international addresses. The checkout's state list holds only the 47 eligible states, and it refuses any ZIP code beginning 580 through 588.
- Add to cart in a web browser. Open the product page, set Qty, and select Add to cart. The cart is kept in that browser, so finish checkout in the same browser.
- Review the cart. Open the cart, check the items and total fill, then select Proceed to checkout.
- Fill in the checkout form. Full name, email address (the receipt goes here), shipping address, apartment (optional), city, state, and ZIP. The card number goes into the secure Stripe card field; Prairie Fill never sees or stores card numbers.
- Let the person approve the payment. The order summary shows the order total before payment. The Pay button charges the card once, in U.S. dollars. Please have the person confirm the total before you select Pay.
- After payment. The receipt is emailed as soon as the payment clears. Once the order ships, a confirmation email with the tracking number follows.
Limits and exclusions
What we do not sell, and why.
- North Dakota. Prairie Fill ships from North Dakota but does not sell or ship to North Dakota. This is a standing store policy, not a checkout error, so there is no way around it.
- Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and international addresses. We ship via standard ground services within the contiguous United States, and prices include that shipping.
- More than 2 packs in one order. Checkout accepts at most 2 packs (16 lb of fill) per order for now. For a larger project, contact us with the amount you need.
- Other ways to pay. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover cards. We do not take PayPal, checks, cash on delivery, or purchase orders through the website.
- Returns. Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving the order if the hulls are unused and in their original, unopened packaging. Customers pay return shipping unless the return is due to our error. See the returns policy.

The cart and checkout pages may ask automated browsers to pass a security check. If an agent cannot get past it, the person can finish checkout in their own browser.

The same facts, without the page furniture.
These files are generated from the same catalog, ship-to list, and policy pages the store uses. They are guides, not separate offers: the product pages, policy pages, and checkout remain the source of truth. Product pages also carry schema.org Product and Offer data.
