Experience the comfort of breathable buckwheat hull fill for pillows, cushions, zafu, and natural craft projects.
Loose natural fill for pillows, small cushions, and craft work. Ships in protective packaging with a large resealable bag.
Fits travel and smaller pillows, neck rolls, small cushions, a 14-inch zafu, or a standard pillow at a soft feel.
More hulls for larger pillows, meditation cushions, floor cushions, upholstery refreshes, or multiple small projects.
The pick for a standard 20 x 26 inch pillow at medium or firm feel (about 6.5 lb by our calculator), plus larger zafu, poufs, and floor cushions.
Choose a pillow or cushion shape, then adjust firmness. The calculator estimates pounds of hulls and recommends the simplest mix of 6 lb and 8 lb packs.
Prairie Fill hulls are mechanically separated, air-cleaned, and screened through a sieve to reduce fines and very small fragments before packaging. Because they are a natural agricultural material, small variation in color, size, and texture is normal.
A small amount of natural dust may be present. Hulls are loose fill only; covers, liners, and finished pillows are not included.
Use the calculator or compare pack sizes so the project starts close to the right weight.
Add hulls a little at a time, then shake and settle the cover before adding more.
Remove a handful for a softer feel or add more hulls for extra lift and structure.
Keep extra hulls in the resealable bag for later refreshes and seasonal adjustments.
