Sourcing and handling
Current stock spent last winter sealed in an unheated North Dakota trailer. I bag every order by hand, so I see the hulls before they ship. Unused hulls in their original, unopened packaging are returnable within 30 days of receipt. About winter storage and bugs. Return policy.
Prairie Fill hulls are mechanically separated, air-cleaned, and screened through a sieve to reduce fines and very small fragments before packaging.
Because hulls are a natural agricultural material, minor variation in color, size, and texture is normal. A small amount of natural dust may be present.
